TOWN OF PIERCE
PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that a Pierce Town Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. by the Pierce Town Zoning Board of Appeals at the Pierce Town Hall.  They will hear a request from John Annoye. 
He is requesting a variance to allow a setback for an addition that would be closer than the town zoning ordinance requirement of 65’ from the centerline of Tenth Road. The addition would be situated 60’ from the centerline. This property is located at E5444 Tenth Rd, parcel number 31 016 5.121.

Members of the Appeals Board will view the property on their own.

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
